Refund Policy
Refund Policy Pertaining to all Local Number Sales
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be offered. No exceptions.
At our sole discretion, if you are unable to port your number due to a rate center issue, we will make accommodations by exchanging the number for another Number of equal or lesser value, and the Number will be serviceable within your specified rate center (please see Bundled Local Services Agreement for more information regarding your obligations in this regard). If you have already ported-out the Number to your account, you must immediately return the Number before any exchange can take place otherwise you are responsible for payment of Funds as stated in Section 1 of the Bundled Local Services Agreement. All other Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Refund Policy Pertaining to all Local and Toll-Free Licensing
As per the Standard Terms & Conditions in the Agreement, all cancellations must be made in advance and in accordance with the agreed upon Term of your Agreement, and in writing (via Certified USPS Mail to RingBoost, 49 Marble Avenue, Suite 2, Pleasantville, NY 10570) or E-mail to [email protected]. All other Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
